Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your coffee.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@baffledcoffee.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible returns:

  • Coffee bags that are unopened and in original condition

  • Merchandise (cups, clothing, accessories) unused and in original packaging

Not eligible:

  • Opened or used coffee bags (as a food product we cannot re-sell them)

Refund process:

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will send the return address.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item / damaged on arrival), we cover shipping.

  • Otherwise, customers cover the return shipping cost.
